hey all,
i have a tickford head off a series 2 au xr6, that i want to put onto my series 2 SR.
i have the computer and the trans as well from the xr as bottom end was stuffed.
few questions,
will the trans fit and work as its adaptive shift? if i use the xr's computer
also is there any difference bottom end wise between the 157kw and 164kw?
have the fuel pressure reg and everything to throw into it just want to make sure no difference between bottom ends and if trans will fit otherwise i'll sell it

bolt the head and fuel reg on, put the ECU in, the adaptive shift is ECU controlled not a feature exclusive to the gearbox. Keep the gearbox for a rainy day, or if it is in better condition than your own drop it in while turning spanners
