Low frequency tick from the top of the engine?

Probably a lifter stuffed. I had a similar tick because basicly the first lifter I pushed out I gave it a bit too much welly and stuffed it before I worked out how to gently push them out not tap them too hard.

The old tube on the rocker cover held up to your ear and you can easily pin point which lifter it is. Then just get a bunch of second hand ones from a wrecker or a new one if you are cashed up.
