it's either flogged out or it's not...... fortunately theres a pretty broad line between the two with these motors though....

Might as well buy a cheap E-series engine and work from that while this one still runs. When the current one blows up you can just sell it for parts, throw it out, use it as a table or one hell of an anchor. Saves time and an engine swap can be done in a day assuming all parts are accessible when s**t breaks.
