as most of you know ive been building my i6 for the last 12 months and reading up on a few things regarding head shaving and such my engines got a shaved head with a au gasket, do you thi9nk i could run into slack problems?

Crank Assembly balanced, HV oil pump, ACL Trimetal bearings, "1 extra oil clearance taking to around 0.0650-0.0700 on mains and big ends, Moly rings,, Xr6 Cam, POD ( Possibly oversize injectors), Block, Head, Timing cover, belt idler, Alternator,painted in ford light blue

hi, you wont really run into slack chain issues if you shave the head,

the only thing is the cam timing WILL be slightly out , cause you bringing the head closer to crank, and the chain links wont allow to correct it unless u got adj gear.

You can have issues if to much is taken off the cylinder head.
