Today I Installed A Pod Filter.....

A mate in his EB ran a pod inside the engine bay and found no performance, yet he cut a 110 mm hole in his guard and ran some 3inch mandrel bend stainless from a pod he mounted in his wheel arch infront of the tyre and it made a heap of difference...!!! Supprisingly it doesnt get as dirty as quick as you would think.

Was thinking of doing something similar to that with my new GT bar... Will figure it out when I come to it...

Works a treat mate and gives one hell of an induction noise....

i say it both ways.. its half full if your filling the glass, and half empty if your drinking it... makes sense to me

Question.
Do you think that a T series or BA series factory pod filter cold air setup would fit in the E series Bay? Been thinking at looking into the possibilities of doing this.

Yeh was thinking the same thing... There's a pod filter setup supposedly off of a BA GT on eBay at the moment... It got me thinking... I'm sure it wouldn't be heard to make fit :wink:

i want a new shaker... i have always wanted to be the first I6 boxcar with a GT shaker... it would look tough on the flat bonnet

actually a external air filter for an eb, eb or ef would be good, i wouldnt mind one for my ef, although im looking at a stage 2 cam, what do you think.

Don't know s**t about cams but external air filter sounds good. This for an i6 I'm assuming?
