Hi There
Pics may help. Some questions..... Did you bleed the air out of the system ?? Sometimes air pockets can cause excessive pressure. Are the hose clamps in the correct position ?? ( behind the lip ). Are the clamps done reasonably tight ?? If the leak is at the radiator end there may be a small crack in the radiator neck ?? |

There 2 ends to a hose! If on the thermostat end was the hose fitting corroded and then cleaned? if so its more that likely pitted and should be replaced. Also did you fit new hose clamps and re tighten after hot?
