95% of people on this site use Pacemaker so i dont see 95% of people being wrong, go the pacemakers !

Edit: Spelling !

You wont really be able to compare the two anyway i know some people on here have bought Lukey extractors but it really depends if someone has owned both and are able to tell us their thoughts. Do you know the measure ments between the diameter of the pipes in each set? That would be really the only pratical way to compare them !

Cant really comment with the performance comparison. However I have quite a nice loud but rasp tone with my setup but with the windows up I have no drone at all.

i would say any extractors are better than std.
ive had genie extractors which were ok and have seen the lukey ones, but im now using the pacemakers..

i found the pacemakers to better disign flow wise.. by the way the pipe is mandrel bent and also the way the pipes overlap on there joins...

I just put the 4499's on my au xr6, they obviously flow really well and noticed a fair whack more go down low, coupled with my 2.5 in redback cat back it is quite loud though. Doesnt sound as s**t as frd906's though. Oh yeah and also I wouldnt go the comp ones for 2 reasons: The 4499's throw off quite a bit of heat, I wouldnt want it to be any closer to the brake booster (the comp ones are fairly fat) and I cant see them being worth $200 more.

the 4480's have a wider power curve than the 4499's, and alos respond better to additional support mods. So if your ever getting a cam, and/or head, work the gap between then 4499 and the 4480 widens further.
