Won't hurt to check all the engine mounts for a start, and the gearbox mount

Maybe get a wheel alignment i had the similar problem and a wheel alignment fixed it !

i would look at your upper control arm bushes, probably split allowing diff to rotate and changing uni angles cause your vibration. or you bent the tailshaft.

This is my project for the weekend. I got the same problem as you and I noticed a leak from the extension housing too. Hopefully will fix it too.
