Thinking of getting 1 or the outher to bolt onto my ef/el motor but I'm realy looking for torque/acceleration so would like to know pros and cons about both and what ppl think from experience of owning/driving them also will the both work on gas?

almost everyone who charges their falcon, soon sells the kit and fits a turbo.

Superchargers give more power off the mark, due to the fact that it does not have to wind up like turbos. Turbos are better for long dragging, chargers are good for off line power but really unreliable.

Yeah but it's a good rule to stick by not really. Ive seen dyno sheets with turb'd cars making full torque at 1600rpm !! it all depends on the spec of the setup |

What is long dragging?? I take it more than a 1/4 mile?? Otherwise thousands of professional top fuelers, door slammers and other massive hp drag racers have got it horribly wrong!!
 Turbos are non-parasitic and are generally more reliable due to belt issues on superchargers, particularly if you're chasing high rpm. It depends on your application...... superchargers are generally easier to plumb, and can be done cheaper than most turbo setups. Turbo's require more work and understanding to get right, but are more rewarding in the end. Lag is not too much of a problem on large capacity motors, so I wouldn't be too concerned about that Agree with Troy, turbo FTW!!

True. Anyway what we are all trying to say is go for the turbo setup
