new bcm dident work i pluged it in and still not running just cranking do i have to do the smart lock override thing again with the new one

Yes you do. Every time you change the BCM you need to educate it. You will also need to program your Remotes to the new BCM as well.

hold on hold up i was playing with the fuse box and the fuse holder wasent clean because of the burnet fuse now i have radio and everything just womnt start im programming the bcm now can i still open the doors why this is happinging?

No. You need to follow what I posted earlier about how to set the BCM. No accessories at all and don't operate anything.
