Just talking to a mate in Canada that brought a f-150 with the Ecoboost motor. 0-60 in 6 seconds, max torque from 1700-6000 rpm & beats the s**t out of any other v8 truck, let alone the SVT raptor & gets twice the fuel economy the 6.2 gets.

why the hell aren't ford flogging the s**t out of this in the Falcon?

Nah but seriously, we have to comply with some pretty stringent emission standards here. Hence why you can push another 15-20kw out of a stock car just by giving it a better tune. Or like the new 335 GT, just tune the b**ch properly and she'll make 380rwkw up from 290rwkw.
