Check all your vaccume hoses, Fuel reg, Map sensor etc. If you don't find and issues then do the following.
Get your self an watering can full of water, start the car and pour the water over the joint where the BBM joins the head. If there is a leak the revs will drop when water runs over the leaking area. If you find a leak there, then try and nip up the manifold. If that doesn't work, manifold off and new gasket. |

Spray Brakleen generously along every millimetre of vacuum hose, intake manifold gasket, fuel injectors, anything else attached to the intake manifold, brake booster, etc. Revs will rise when you hit a leak.
