my mate just brought a au xr6 when i drove it it didnt seem to go that hard 140 in a 50 (whoops) but i dont think i relised just how hard i was going lol.
we went down town last night and he was giving it a hard time, well F@#$ did it go hard 70kmp drift with what seemed little effort, ford made 2nd gear just as a burnout gear i think, handled very well too, i thought we were at bathurst lol although i had a joint before we left, i am now defenitly working the F234 out of my eb and getting a manual :D

He meant private road, cause it was at my families private airstrip.
We put up 50k signs just for s**t and giggles.
And when fastleno says he had a 'joint', he means he had a stiff joint, as inhis elbow was stiff.
It's all above board here at FM mister trawling police officer.

LOL yer thats it privite roads, my uncle works on roadworks with the signs we can get any road we want to "work on" :D, but saying "joint" i meant my ankle joint was very tender after all the 2nd gear clutch work :)

Yep.
I've seen a stock BA XT auto munch an AUI XR6 VCT manual.
And the AU driver can drive.

AU's weight 1530kg
-----------------------------------
XR6 HP: 164kw @ 5???rpm

XR6 VCT: 172kw @ 5000rpm

BA's weight 1694kg ?
XR6: 182kw @ 5000rpm

Not too sure but The BA might be quicker although. I think there is a calculator on google which you enter the kerb weight and KW figures and it gives an estimation on times (1/4mile, 0-100kph etc)

This same BA XT also munched a BA XR6 Manual ute, multiple times.
Standing and rolling starts.
Only mods at the moment are rims/lowered. and resonator removed from the tail pipe.
