hey guys wife and i just bought 2010 fg xr6 and we were wondering if installing a sports exaust voids the manufacturers warranty. any help or advise apprieciated. thanks

Any parts like Exhaust, suspension, transmission or brakes that are NOT Genuine Ford WILL affect the warranty if changed.

If you read your warranty it clearly says ANY modifications that are not approved by ford will effect the warranty.

You could always contact Ford Aus and ask for written permission to fit and particular brand of exhaust system. But I doubt you'll get very far.
