Hey guys!
I'm aiming this thread at the guys with the Wade 1636 cam, and that have advanced there timings... Currently, im running the wade 1636 cam (not dialed in) n the dizzy is at stock 10 degree TDC, and i pulled 132.9rwkw, i have a question, who here is running the 1636, and ran it with stock timing then with advanced timings, how far did u advance it, and did u feel a improvment or see one ?, i rememebr awhile back someone on here said this cam works well with advanced timing, n to advance it roughly 4 degrees, but now m too unsure....im after a bit more power in 2nd..., havent advanced timing yet so far, (tho i remember my old CFI got a kick up the a** wen it was advanced ages back) I'm using BP ultimate(98ron), and sometimes optimax extreme (100ron) any comments will be appreciated ... thanks!! - Grechie

you should be able to advance it to somewhere between 15 and 20 degrees running it on the fuel you do. i run mine on 95. for cost reasons and the fact that i do so many kays in it. its an XH by the way with wade 1636 cam. mine is on stock 10degrees. but i'm gonna bump that up to about 15. see what happens
