that could be water coming out of the water pump weep hole. water usually come out of there when the pump it stuffed. that what happend on my ed wagon. but that is worst case.
it could just be a hose leaking, have a look around the water pump bucko

If you mean the engines from Aussie Spares, I don't think you'll have any trouble fitting them as they have been modified to fit the "E" series, and they usually have good quality stuff for sale. They know what they're doing in this area and they're very easy and reasonable to deal with as well. If it is the aussie spares engine that you're referring to, why don't you just grab the phone number 07 32903000 and speak to them personally or visit their web site http://www.aussiecarrecyclers.com and have a browse. Nope, I've got no affiliation with them in any way, except I have bought parts from them before and have been very satisified with the quality. |

I,ve been poking some interest into this too, after reading all the sticky's (which are extremely useful), the modified sump AU motors seems a good replacement for a tired stock 4L , like mine which has 200 plus km's and a blown head, unless i can find something better for the cash.
Can second the water pump for leaking, mine went that way a coupla months ago, but of course, check your hoses too. |
