HI all does anyone know the size of the welsh plugs on the 4.ol ,the ones under the exhaust manifold . I need to replace a couple of them.Also can anyone tell me where the ambient temp sensor for the climate control in an ef fairmont is. Thanks in advance

Welsh plugs are 40mm, there are 8 all up, 5 on the exhaust side, 1 behind the flywheel and 2 on the inlet side, and the ATS is at the front bumper near the AC condencer.

I just did mine on my EA, just the 5 on the exhaust side. My tip from lessons learnt including a mechanic mate - buy genuine steel ones. Less chance of problems.
