you have an XH ute so you wouldnt be running the same cam as me. the Stage 3 Crow cam for EF/El/AU requires the ECU to be recalibrated or an aftermarket ECU of simply chip it so i cant tell you what the EL/EF stage 3 is like. all i can say is im very very happy with my Stage 3

I had a JMM Dev 5 in my AU XR6 and it was pretty good. It was lumpy but driveable. I didn't get the headwork I needed with it tho but it still pulled pretty hard. Fuel consumption was higher.

I've since sold the cam and am focusing on turboing the car....
