In my XG ute I am running an AU engine with a Dizzy, EL ECU, TI chip and with the ISC removed.
Vacuum switch is also removed and pluged from Charcol canister.
Also its a T5 and running a BBM.

Some times when I start the idle is fine and the next time I start it it will be low and hardly run and stall.
I only run LPG but it starts on fuel, and it has the issue with fuel aswell.
This is the same if it is cold or hot no differance.
If I increase the base idle its fine when it is idling low, but when it changes to the correct idle it wants to idle at 1500, so I turn the base idel back and its fine until, it changes and then it idles too low again.

Its like something changes the timing, is there something to tell the ECU to change the timing?
Eg, Temp sender, Map sensor?

This is not a recent conversion it has run fine for 80K kms.

Any help appreciated.

Ok its been a couple of days no repleys can I take it as no ideas???
Because I am out of things to check, When the engine is cold dose the timing change or is it just the ISC bringing up the idle? because thats what I am thinking that the timing is being changed and I dont ahve my timing light to check this at the moment.

Check your Air Temp Sensor, located under the throttle body. See if it is disconnected or failed. To pull it out, you will need to remove the Throttle body to get it out.

Is the BBM an AU one or EF/EL?

I think it's AU bottom and EL upper forgot about that sensor, will have to check if I have it plugged in.

EL upper is fine. Check the plug.
