I reckon a BA XR8 would be pretty good value at that price. Shame you won't find one!

Maybe an EF XR6? Are they going for around that price?
Or you could get a nice EL Fairmont?
Or an EF or EL gli and mod it.

All comes down to preferences in the end.

Yer, you can basically pick any ef/el model with that 10k so long as you look around and dont mind high kms.
Depends if you wnt it to look sweet, be fast, be comfortable, sleeper, head turner - all up to you.

You could probably get a pretty tidy EF/EL Fairmont/Fairmont Ghia for that price. That's what I would go with. :)

It depends really what you want. I mean if you want a modified car, then get an EB and spend the rest on wheels, tints, sound system, exhaust, etc. But if you want a stock one get an EF/EL, nicer car, but it's stock...

i picked up my EF gli with auII xr8 wheels lowered tints and 2.5" cat back system for $7300. 180,000. Had a minor problem bout 2 weeks back which could have evolved into a much much bigger problem, but hopefully smooth sailing is ahead.

for $10k, i'd be looking for either a decent EFII XR6 or a EL XR6 thats a lil rough around the edges or with higher K's

For 10k you can find a decent EL Fairmont Ghia <.... if you look around. But if you really do your home work you can find a Fairlane, that is what i would do. But if you don't want luxury go for a XR6. :D

Yep you can pick up a EL ghia with the tickford mtr for ten grand. Well the EF/EL XR's have very basic interiors & except for the nose cone & spoiler are basically a futura. I think the premium models are a nicer car.

For that money you have a lot of options but since I want to be different I'd go towards a 1992 to 94 5LT V8 LTD. Very classic shape and I wonder what one would look like with the roof chopped off. I don't know what the model name is. NC/DC/DL? Someone help me out.
