I have had a DEV3HL cam fitted to my EF XR6. Before I had the cam fitted, it punched out 130RWK (extractors, exhaust and hi flow cat). After installing the cam and having the car dynoed, she pumped out 149RWK. The only problem is that she stalls every now and then and I have to give her a bit of a rev at the lights which scares the s**t out of commodore owners.

Think it was around $440 ( billit )

+vernier cam gear

+ install ( think the one i got requires die grinding of the cam tunnel or something) and dial in.

i'd say Mark would have a whole range of cams on offer.
give him a ring , pretty sure he'd be able to get you one to suit your budget / power needs.

.

thats right ,i was talkin to surecam today and i got the impression there more into custom grinding a cam to suit your mods and what you want out of it .rather than selling something of the shelf .i found them to be more informative than crow they just wanted to hock me some grind they already had .
for $399 custom ground billet thats good value

sorry to burst the bubble people but you dont get custom grinds at all, you get allready made masters that have been sourced from other cars then the closest one that suits your car is the one that is made up for you, so it could differ 10-15 degrees in duration or 5-10 thou of lift. it could also have different area under curve figures to what your looking for which is what makes a cam! To get a true "custom" ground master made Ive been quoted $2500-3000 each, which takes a hell of a lot of cams to be sold to make your money back, and there is very few grinders in Australia (Crow being the only one that I know of) that can truely make a custom grind from numbers. Your better off going with Ford Performance Tuners who specifically make cams to suit your car such as JMM, ITS and Alted rather than guessing some specs that you heard your mate talk about or you thought might sound good.

you can try all you like to make surecam look bad..

but the rep they have world wide speaks for it's self. just because a hand full of people on a web site had not heard of them doesn't count for anything.

BTW I think that wade cams are great for the money too but Ive yet to see a wade cam punching out more than 150 RWKW on a falcon 6
