I have read the installation of the pod filter in tech documents and was wondering what is the best size to fit into the el intake box as shown in the tech doc. As in the pipe diameter a total size etc, I prefer K&N filters. Just want some info before i go a get one.
Thanks

i'd say the answer will be "as big as you can fit in a box"

I have a K&N RX-4730 fitted in the air box, couldn't fit anything bigger in. Check out my pic gallery there is a picture of the adaptor on the first page and a picture of the pod on second page.

The biggest one i had in the stock air box i think was the 20 cm one. witht eh X-treame top IIRC
Takes a fare bit of effort to get in there, but just fits. Duno if its any better then just a slightly smaller one tho.
