ok, replaced the coil as the spark was low..... no start. Tried the little bit of fuel down the pvc and she started and stalled. Replaced the fuel pump and no better. fuel pump powers up nicely, I checked the fuses in front of the air box and beside the overflow and they are all good. What now?" If she fired when your poured fuel ito the throttle body, it probably won't be the Cam Angle Sensor. My bet is still on the injectors not firing. ECU issue more than likely. I have a EF Fairmont ECU here as well as Relays if you get stuck. _________________ SWC |

try changing the fuel filter(the one located underneath car, just in front of passenger side rear wheel). As car starts and runs briefly when fuel is poured down pcv hose, this suggests a fuel delivery problem.I have seen heaps of ef falcons not start due to a blocked fuel filter(after their owners just replaced the fuel pump without replacing the fuel filter).Buy a new filter, these are not expensive and are easy to fit, just remember to de-pressurise the fuel system before removing the fuel filter(do this by removing the fuel pump relay(green colored relay under header tank is fuel pump relay, brown one is ecu relay) and crank engine a few times. If car still does not start after new filter fitted, check for blocked or rusted fuel rail, blocked fuel lines, blocked/dirty injectors or blocked mesh filter on fuel pump.
