Ok im in the process of replacing my head gasket, I have lined up the yellow mark with the bit the sticks out. I have removed the exhaust manifold and intake manifold, whats next?

something like:
- unbolt the PS pump from the engine, release the timing chain tensioner
- remove the rocker cover (if you havent), cable tie the chain to the cam gear, remove the cam gear from the cam. Remove the top radiator hose
- remove the headbolts in order, lift the head off.

maybe u should buy a manual and follow the steps in that!

WHS ^ ^ ^ .$40 or so could save you heaps more if you botch the job up not knowing what to do.

ive got a manual and i still dunno wat do do, already tied the chain to the cam gear with cable ties and took off the rocker cover and power steering pump and upper hose. Thanks for the advice, will get back to work in a sec
