Should i use hpr15 or hpr30 in my car? (It has nearly done 220,000K)

you should use HPR 10 my engine has 210 000 on it and i use motul 8100 synthetic 5w40 have no problems with burning oil or noises. |

ive been using the fully synethic but my bottom end is starting to get a little old and worn so i might have to change to a slightly thicker oil

i'm using HPR15 this winter and the cars has done 290,XXX k's. I usually use HPR30 normally.
Changed every 5000ks with new filter. |

i'm running hpr 30 in my xr6 gets really good oil pressure, was finding the lighter oils a bit to thin
