I think it is as big as you can go in a tickford head. but I could be wrong.

You can put 351 C valves in but the valves have to be turned down on a lathe to the correct diameter.

the XR6 exhaust valve is plenty big enough and doesn't need changing.
as for the intake, you will not find an off the shelf valve to in the right size to fit. You'll only fit about 60thou larger in space there is and for that you need to modify a valve from a different engine or have some custom made |

The 351C valves will fit in the guides, but, they ( inlets ) are slightly longer than original valves. The 351C exhaust valves are shorter than the 4.0I6 ones.
Here are some pics to show. The Clevo ( 2V ) ones are on the left. Also are pics of the Clevo valves in the 4.0 I6 cyl head.

Did you notice the tip heights are different. The Clevo ones are higher. I don't know how far the hardness goes down on the tips of the Clevo valves.

ow i see stupid me lol
just cut off the excessive grove and cut new grove lower down or just get a regrind cam and that should make up for shims lol just shim other side all good. just get some stainless steal valves or titanium.
