Im buying new plugs, leads b4 the heathcote meet to see if i can get a little extra out of her. What are good plugs n leads for my el? Might get a bit of 3" mandrel pipe made up for the intake n change to a pod as well. Is the pipe actually worth doing b4 i put the turbo on or wont i notice it???

I run 10mm Top Gun leads (I think there called pro or race or something), and NGK Iridiums and they've been good. On duel fuel aswell - which is extra sensitive to leads and plugs.
If you change your plugs, leads and induction piping I seriously doubt you'll notice anything unless there's something wrong with teh stuff you already have!
