I have some money coming through next week and im gunna spend it on the EF.Should i spend it on the motor(CMS stage 3 head and cam) Or whack in a 5 speed?
On the dyno day i pulled 115rwkw.Seems kinda low with mods i have,Stage 2 cam,pacie comps,zorst and advanced timing. So what to do? CHEERS |

mate 5 speed all the way! forget cam and head packages, the conversion is easily the best mod you can do without going forced induction!

go the 5spd.. so then down the track you can make the most of future mods.. thats how i did it..

do the head up when-if you have a prob with motor ( best time to do it )

you will feel the cam more with a T5, but as I said if your not happy with it Ill refund your money, no questions asked.

Get the 5-speed ... and then get theh cam dialled in for the manual (ask ReGiE .... it makes a hell of a difference).
Also stall converters in autos rob power anyway ... so going to manual will give you more usuable power ... and better in-gear driveability too.

go the 5spd, dont even think about it just do it. its the best thing you will ever buy makes hell of a difrence having a clutch
