dude, dont get hung up on the K's. yeah sure they are a factor, but dont base your purchase souly on the K's done.

if it's done 250, 260,xxx then you can be semi sure the headgasket has already been done, u get a 175,xxx one and that will be somethign to do in the not too distant future.

My EL xr6 for example has done 305,xxx K's and is in really good shape, diff is awesome, gearbox is fine (manual) and it still pulls beautifully.

if you're just going to want a ba v8 when you're off your P's dont spend more than $5K now.

Also, $9,500 for that first XR6 u showed? get stuffed! if that's the case i want $13,000 for mine! (realistically im hoping to sell mine for $7,500)

Now I'm not sure if this section of the first post bothered anybody else except me? I don't really want to be the one to bag this kid but how long does he think somebody is gona hold a car for just cause he's put a deposit on it.

I'm all for the gathering of info and knowledge for a purpose. I've been Reading the topics he's posted and the amount of questions this kid asks is a joke. Every question is a what if I could, he could get the answers if he did a simple search. I think he needs to give it a rest until he's a bit more serious about actualy buying a car.

And to Alex, when you finaly get the ride of your dreams don't worry about what people think about it, it only matters what you think and what you can do with it.

Sorry if I've offended anybody.
