yeah the 8 is puss without any decent money thrown at it, but having said that, i'd love to drop one into my car just for the sound...... im sure the 4.11's would help things along

the only V8 falcon motor i'd take is the quad cam, but even then i'd still prefer the DOHC 4.0

It's a 91DA SOHC MPFI 4.0 I6........there's a mouth full.....btw..Multi Point Fuel Injection.
I remember something about a " Grizzly "....what was that?????.....AU's????

Maybe that's why they brought out the XR8 sprint because they were embarrassed of there 6 flogging the 8.

So my car is a 1991 EB1 with 95 model 4 litre block/flywheel and clutch ,3.9litre head and CFI. What a bitser !!!!!! goes good anyway...the thing I dont understand is that the engine serial number is the same as the ID plate chassis number, how is this possible?............just checked again and the engine serial numbers are not evenly stamped or in a straight line, sound suspect? or are you allowed to restamp an engine...I'm thinking not but vicroads has inspected and given the green light. |
