Do you mean lengthen the secondaries or just more distance in one pipe before the cat?

Update.
I changed my exhaust to a full 3inch mandrel pipe, 3inch cat, Redback turbo muffler.
Picked up about 15rwkw.

Did you do before and after dyno's?

If you did, your old system was f**k; even on a very highly worked n/a six (i.e pushing 180rwkw+) you would be struggling to pick up this much going from 2.5 -> 3 with the same type mufflers.

Not directly before. Was maybe a couple months before.
Exhaust was fine before, just to small.

How much power is this thing making? I'm guessing you would be making this over 6000rpm?

Yeah? Cool. Into twin before or after cat? Any cat at all?

Yep, the twin 2&1/4" is after the CAT, and is 2&1/2 before the CAT.
I made long cones before and after the CAT, so the CAT is about 15 to 18" long, not quite as long as the tranny.
Before, I ran this system on the EA and got 186rwhp, std cam, std compression, 2 knocking big ends and 12 rattly, worn out HLA's.

That is the run, just did the same run again to see it on the camera ( new camera ).
