I had a similar problem with my EL. The leak when I eventually found it was the head gasket leaking out the exhaust side. It evaporated before it made it to the floor, so made locating it difficult. I only found it after removing the heat shield.
Another one I had a few years back was a slight leak from one of the radiator tanks. It was leaking from the tank gasket on the front side of the radiator making it difficult to see. Don't discount the possiblity it is the Head or Head gasket. Coolant doesn't always make it into the oil. It depends on the leak. You say only normal condensation coming out of the exhaust. Normal would be only on a cold engine, once hot condensation will have evapourated. If you are getting slight moisture out the exhaust with the engine hot you may have a slight leak into a cylinder.

I've had so many issues with the cooling system in mine since I got it... To start with I blew the a** out of my radiator side tank seam, then the head went (was leakin into 2 cylinders :S) and finally I blew holes in 2 hoses. When the hoses got replaced they told me the heater tap was about to rot apart, so I gotta get that changed out before it goes too.
I'm also loosing some from the waterpump o-ring i believe. Damned mobile sprinkler!! lol.

mate! i just had this exact problem for ages and it annoyed the hell out of me.
It was in the exhaust in the mornings ect, but never it seemed in the fukkin engine. Now lok all around ur water pump, coz mine had a slight leak and it was barly noticable. Have a good look around it, coz sounds like the same story i had and i replaced the waterpump witha super cheap special for 40 bucks and havent had a problem since.

If the engines hot and been running awhile to remove any chance that its condensation you seeing. Then yes it could very well be your Head gasket or Head.

My mate had the EXACT same problem with his EB.... No Visible leaks and the radiator was brand new! yet stil he had to keep filling it up 1nce a day!
Anyway turned out to be the actull radiator cap itself! They can actully become faulty and let the water out by steaming.. go buy a new radiator cap for ford and fill the water up and slap the cap on see how she goes then |

I FINALLY FOUND THAT BASTARD LEAK!!!!
so thank you to everyones suggestions, but no-ones was right lol Filled up with water in morning, got to work, was having a smoke and seen a big puddle of water underneath......thought BINGO, i found my leak....lookin and lookin... It turns out to either be the welsh plug under injectors 1 & 2 or the head gasket in same spot, i just cant see properly if its coming out above the welsh plug, or the actuall plug... what a b**ch of a place to find, but the thing is, i was right and me old man was wrong, thats all that matters lol.

If it is the welsh plug. You will want to be getting on to it very quickly. When they fail, they can let go in a hurry leaving you with a huge leak.
Make sure you replace all welsh plugs. If ones failing the others will be not far behind. There is 1 or 2 in the rear of the block that will need the transmission removed to get to them.

your not wrong, i failed to see that my xr6's welsh plugs were rusty when i did the head gasket. i had to replace them cause it leaked out a few litres in about 1 minute.
