Just wanted to know where would be the best and cost related place to get my AU injectors replaced as i have a set here but they have over 250,000k on them is it worth getting the cleaned or cheaper to replace as id rather keep au injectors rather than the EA-EL ones ( i have about 5 sets of EA-EL ones and 2 sets of AU ones )

sorry if i am hijacking the thread but while the topic is here what injectors fit an ef engine? direct fit?

The cheapest I have found is Ebay with recond injectors, I cant remember exactly but around $120.

I sent the seller a message regarding that if i was to send them my AU injectors if id get AU ones back of just the EA-EL ones? but could always send a set of old EF ones i have to him rather than pay the $100 deposit so would cost $150 for a reco set off them including postage both ways but would like to keep the AU style ones

With Repco ( sell Aznew injectors ), if you bring in AU ones, you get AU ones.

Stay with the AU injectors better spray/atomisation pattern. When I bought mine there was no deposit just a straight transaction, Injector Express on Ebay have a set of AU injectors for $133 inc postage.
