Upper or lower idle tensioner pulleys, I've got it right now as well, but i have 2 new pulleys in the centre consol, now just need to find time to fit them.

Easy way to test, pull your thermos out, with the engine at idle, give the inner bearing on the pulley a quick spray, if it shuts up or changes pitch, problem found.

They are pretty common on the serp belt setups. if its still original, be happy you have just 15 years service out of them and replace.

drop serp belt, 3 bolts on tensioner itself, then one on each tensioner. pulleys are about $20 - $30 depending on where you go.
