guys, can you please tell me is this tool is for the EEV-IV? How much, what does it do and where can I get one from?
Is it just a flaching light that you need to count the flashes to get the code or isit a propper reader that presents with the code numbers?
any more info would be appreciated....

it flahes (and beeps) out the ECU codes and the codes from the trans/ABS/airbag computers on applicable cars, with no stuffing around with test lights and alligator leads as it plugs straight into the diag connector
