hey guys im wondering what companys make billet cams for the ford inline 6, reason im asking is that a mate of mine has a big billet cam that came out of a e series falcon but he dosent know what it is.
we plan on gettin it measured up so we can see if it matches one of the cams out there. all we know is that its a billet and has numbers inbetween the lobes (i think thats what they are called). thanks guys! |

I'd take a guess and say it was a crow cam. At the back of the cam, most aftermarket cam shops stamp their model/part number. If the numbers inbetween the lobes start with a 9xDA or something similar, then that is just the standard Ford part number for the cam. |

Wade, crow and surecam do billets. Maybe others as well.
Look for numbers stamped on the end of the shaft.

I bet the billets come with a pretty price tag as well.
Does anyone remember who was making the twin cam heads for the E series cars? Or does anyone know of anyone who is selling one?

I love the lumpy idle of the stage 3, but something that idles when its cold, and doesn't have AFR problems is what I'm after now.
Sick of spending money on the car, picking up a new bike now, found a good group of people to ride with. Car is mearly a mode of transport now
