Depends what your after really.
Wades regrinds are by far the cheapest. But the others also have advantages.

regardless of cam you will need extractors and exhaust. Is your car manual? If so i think a wade 977B may get you 140rwkw.

Personally I'm going to go with CMS stage 3 head and cam combo as soon as i have the cash as they have had good results and are auto friendly.

no one cam is better then any of the others. They are all just DIFFERENT.

Wades 1004, 1636, and 1604, are all capable of making the power you want.

All of the RPD cams (if you can get a second hand one) can make the power, though some of them will need an after market ECU to run well.

CROWCAMS 2222549, 2222519, 2222543, 2222546 will all make the power too. the last two will need an aftermarket ECU.

TIGHE CAMS 826, 826A, 1337C, 596C and 1189C will all make the power too. but again some are to big to be used with a stock ECU

Now that being said all of these cam ARE DIFFERENT and will behave differently in you car. wich one suits you is up to the rest of your mods and what you realy need from the car

with an auto you need a cam that make alot of torque at low revs.
with the tall first gear the BTR auto has, 3.45:1 diff gearing is still pretty tall.

don't go for something that has alot of duration and low lift.
short duration and high lift will help make power where it's needed.

for the extractors go for something with a smallish primary pipe, keeping in mind the smallest you should consider using is about 39mm (same size as the exhaust valve) also don't go for something with short primary pipes.

well basically shes just had a head gasket done about 2-3 thou ago quick shave of the head and back on at the time didnt have the money to fund the car to maybe do the head then with some milf d porting etc... so now basically just a fun mild dayli driver. After mid range power more then top end im sure down the track my mind will change but for now just after smthin that works instead of smthin that works in hypatheticals and not when u hit the gas
