Hey all!

Im p****d! About a year ago I snapped the lower caliper bolt with a little spanner.

Today I snapped a lower Thermostat housing bolt!

Last time i resorted to replacing the park, the bolt was stuck in that was easy but still a pain.

Im not exatcly going to do that with the head!

So what size drill bit and EZY out should I get???

Or should I do something else???

Part of the bolt in the head is pretty light inside its stupid hole as well!

Thanks!

all depends on the size of the bolt...

with extractor start with somethin small then u can always work up the sizes..

get a center punch, make a dent in the left over bolt then hit it anti-clockwise to undo it?

In Adelaide we have a bloke called captain thread. He is a mobile umm... thread man lol. Had a water pump bolt snap in my XF block, he came to my house, drilled the bolt out and put a hellicoil (dunno how it is spelt) in. Just had to remove the radiator brfore he came.
