hey guys

hoping for some help on this as it is extremely annoying, Sometimes once the car is warm it will struggle to take off and jerk around ALOT then a huge clank will come from the transmission, it also happens when going from 3rd to second sometimes.

its like the car is missing extremely bad then a huge clank can be heard,

it has also happened when in Park and just revving the car.

is this the torque converter Maybe due to old transmission oil?

the car is a 96 model ef auto
