Hello, i cant find an answer in search, i got some Wild cat Extractors there like identical to Pacey 4499's i have a cat back 2.5 inch with the stock cat,i cant see how they bolt but word is there direct fit, is that true? after the heat shield is removed is there an extra bit there that removes to not have to weld?

Not likely as alot of other guys who have done it with there standard cat to fit extractors its cut and weld. Front needs cutting pretty much at the cat and flange welded on and the rear needs shortening.
