Are these any good for an AU?

You will need to modify your cat so it will fit or buy another.

by modify he means cut and then weld a flange (which you should get with the headers) onto it.
I did it the first time I did an exhaust, then paid someone else to do it every other time (patience isn't one of my virtues).
