Looks like I've just done a timing chain on my motor so its time for a au motor. Now I have a Eaton m112 to run 9psi thru an au motor that was always the plan. But my only question is what gains are in using vct with boost and what stuffing around is there in fitting the vct rather than standard? I did search and couldn't get anything

the vct will run fine on boost, but imo there is not much to gain from it.

ive converted mine to non vct and fitted a wade cam and got better results.
a non vct xr6 engine would be my choice.
