hey mate i got the grolwer on mine and it made a big difrence in both power and fuel econemy i can get 12.3L/100km around town and the power is roughly about 16rwkw and if you add a bigmouth thats supposed to be another 12rwkw im getting a dual 2.5" xforce system with a 3'cat put on and getting the tune put on to turn off the engine light just those small mods and can be up around 200rwkw so go for it if you have the chance but get it custom tuned every car is difrent

You won't get 28rwkw from a Big Mouth and Growler. No way near it. That's about the average tune/intake/exhaust gain.

On an NA6 the gain is under 10rwkw. You feel a difference mainly from the better response and louder noise.

Just the Growler and SCT, you might pick up around 20rwkw with a custom tune. You won't get too much more without extractors.

You'd be surprised what power gains you can get out of the bara motors they seem to pick up power quite easy

The Barra has been around for 10 years so don't tell us we will be suprised. The only suprise will be when you realise you have been batting the log too long. Growler alone will not give you 16RwKw.

Growler plus tune and exhaousr you might see 20 - 25 RwKw.

It has been around for 11 years and if you read above I didn't say "will give you" I said is supposed to give you so before going opening your mouth read its what you were given eyes for if you don't like what's said then poor you I'm going off my research and feed back from tuners and the Internet along with some local performance shops I may be young but I still know what I'm talking about

Well they're optimistic figures, for a turbo.

So you can only imagine what a realistic figure will be, for an NA.

Can I is step in here?

I bought a GTech when I got my FG. I have a 5sp Auto. Not the quickest beast, but it gets the job done.

Stock, I ran the GTech and it registered as 155rwkw / 0-100 in 7.0s / 400m @ 15.141
I added big mouth and growler - 170rwkw / 0-100 in 6.4s / 400m @ 14.893
Threw the dual 2.5" on with extractors, 180rwkw / 0-100 in 5.98s / 400m @ 14.431

This is all live feedback from my GTech. Although it may not be 100% accurate for what is has exactly, but very close to what you can expect from each upgrade.

With a tune, another 15 maybe 20rwkw could be gained, especially from an FG.

Glad I could be of some help :)

Yeah, the ZF will also hold the power better. So expect another 2-3 rwkw from each mod...
The 5sp is good, but no where near as good as the ZF.

250nm, doubtful. Another 100 maybe yes.
