Hey there

Today i was at the wreckers and i was not served by the pretty young blonde a bit disappointing so there i was served by a old man i think me being high as f**k on opiates ( prescription) and talking about her beauty has made her scared of me from the past but i have received a mad discount from her once for a stainless steel cat back after telling her shes beautiful in thesaurus spec words that many people wont understand that hot rack and small little a$$ mmmmm nom nom little pretty thing i would do things to her i wouldn't do to a farm animal

i saw a XH/XG ute it was boiling hot i looked for intake and i found it on the ground so i picked it up and $10 later i had it

Now it is way to hot out side its 44C atm and will be for the rest of next week

i am scared this may be a XG intake and may not fit please someone tell me and reassure me its a XH one as i believe it may be ?

I have found numerous how to guides to fit it and it seems very straight forward i just hope my stock EA fan shroud does not get in the way

in conclusion will this fit my EA ?

Thank you

Thanks

only reason why i asked is cause i have got the worst luck with cars

e.g like my fuel pump problem paid to get it fixed well grandma did and the mechanic did not change the piece of hose in the tank which was all cracked so 2 weeks later it was stuffed again

No idea, haven't been able to find one

If I could find one at the local wreckers it would only be about 4 bucks

The time will come before you know it.

When you least expect it you will see one

You won't want to, and if you have to, there are fan shrouds available at the wreckers. Hell, just go convert to EF thermo fans, then you won't need to change the intake back lol.

Cheers

Troy has convinced me to go thermos but i have got a near new clutch fan im not going to waste that i will wait it out but will be using a EL ECU so it saves me $40 to buy a thermo switch and get a J3 for a nice tune

So is it just me or do these air conditioners suck in the E series?

i notice in my EA when it was freshly re gassed it would be cold sure but the car had to be moving for it to work at all it is as if the clutch fan wouldn't keep up to cool the condenser etc

clutch fan was worn so i put a new one in and then took the radiator out and there was like cat fur all in front of it haven't driven since due to i did all this work to EA since after my injuries but i did idle it and the air cond seemed to suck but maybe in 9 months the gas may have "escaped"
