I am looking at buying xh series 2 xr6 for $3000 with 200,000km on the clock and was looking for some reviews on performance a reliability and if it has much potential for, I went to gentech performance to see how much for more power they offered me an extra estimated 20rwkw with extractors, intake, two hole mod and tune for 3 to 4 grand which I thought was an insane amount of money for that bit of power but not interested in turbo but maybe cam but guy at gentech said they run like s**t with cam for everyday car anyway any help would be appreciated :)

The guy at Gentech does not want the job or has no idea what he is doing with those motors. For $4000 you could have full exhaust system, headwork with different camshaft, different air intake a J3 chip custom tuned and you could have 40rwkw+ over stock
