ok basically EF engine,, crow cam springs aparentally xr6 equiv, can i put an ed xr6 cam into it? or will it cause problems???

also i know ive asked this before but is the xr6 ed cam better than ef? stock cam

yes slightly better then std... the eb,ed xr6 cams are the same as ef and el xr6 cams..

For 200 odd you couldve had a decent regrind which would make a big difference in performance as opposed to the tickford one
