Theres a program on the wade cams website which has specs for alot of cams, you could try

cam lobe lift: intake 6mm exhaust 5.75mm
intake max lift at 114 degree exhaust max lift at 114 intake opens 14btdc intake closes 70abdc exhaust opens 58bbdc exhausr closses 22atdc |

would it be worth putting an xr6 cam in my ef fairmont or would i be better off with a wade 1004 cam or something?

I wouldn't waste my time installing a xr cam if you could acquire a wade.

Agreed...I put an XR6 cam in my old engine for s**t and giggles, didn't make much of a difference at all. phong =P~
