Bang for buck wont be there. If you can get your hands on one for free, or no more than $50, it may be worthwhile. but people want big money for the tickford ECU's for some reason. You'll get *slightly* more aggresive shift, timing and fuel.
For the money you can buy one of those for.. invest it in a cam, or put the money toward buying premium fuel. Or save up for an aftermarket ECU. At the end of the day every car is different, and you want to be able to tune the ECU for YOUR needs. So spending money on pre-programmed chips and ECU's is pointless.
