Went through a spot of trouble with this car and therefore removed the DASTEK chip, reset the timing until problems were fixed.

I am now running on new HT leads, dizzy cap, rotor and Brake booster.

My car now feels a little bit flat at low revs and fuel consumpsion is not up to standard. So time for new plugs, oils etc.

This did not do much and if anything, the fuel consumption decreased further.

As far as I know, the engine internals is standard but for Wildcat branches and stainless steel freeflow exaust system.

Anbody have ideas?

I have asked and received info on setting the base Ignition timing but cannot find any articles on these basic procedures. Also found a reference to "setting the base idling" (but could not find further info in the articles or the forums. :?:
