I need a 4 channel Amp that produces 50w RMS per channel and has Minimal total harmonic distortion. any Recomendations?? steering towards something like a alpine V-power amp. dont want to spend more then $500 either.

yep the V12 are good i got one powering my Alpine 12'' sub. and as for the ford amps they are alpine coz i took mine apart and they have "alpine" on the printed circut board. the only problem with the ford amps is you cant ajust any settings :( so that is why i need a new amp.

Multi-channel V12's are great...many of them also accommodate for running things active and bridge for decent power all round too...very versatile IMHO.

Depends what model your after..
Also if you can find the old series somewhere, they have been seen going cheap too - awesome deals. Ive picked a couple up myself and am still yet to install them, gotta learn how to do a decent install 1st.
